What is the delivery time of my order?
We strive to ship orders placed before 5:00 PM the same day. Orders placed after that time are usually shipped the next business day. Delivery time depends on the carrier, PostNL. After we have created the shipping label, you can track your order.
What are the shipping costs?
The shipping costs depend on the weight and destination of the package. We offer multiple options. You can check the shipping costs in the shopping cart and at checkout without obligation.

What items do you sell?
With our dealerships we can arrange almost all new model trains and model railway items for you. We also have second-hand items and parts. Not everything is on our site, so please contact us for specific requests. We are happy to help you.
How do I know if an item is in stock?
We have built our webshop in such a way that the product page shows whether an item is in stock. For pre-orders, delivery depends on the manufacturer. It may happen that we do not have something in stock, in which case we will order it for you directly if possible. Do you want to be sure? Please contact us.
Do you offer a warranty on the products?
Yes, we offer a standard warranty on all our orders. Should a defect occur within the warranty period, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
