Piko 97500/-02/-03 - Electric Locomotive Rh 1000 - NS - Era III

Despite technical shortcomings, the locomotives of the 1000 series were visually very attractive designs that still radiated a touch of streamlined time. This fact was both an incentive and a challenge for the PIKO designers. The sides of the elongated electric locomotive are divided by the finely engraved fan grilles, above which crystal-clear and perfectly flat engine room windows are placed. The roof is characterized by a streamlined engine hood. A finely detailed chassis protrudes from under the long girder, which rolls on extremely filigree spoke wheels. Technically, the PIKO model stands in stark contrast to the prototype: a solid drive ensures reliable pulling power. The lighting with numerous switchable functions is equipped with LED technology.
