Märklin 37985 - BR 38 DB - Weathered - Passenger Train Steam Locomotive (P8)
Passenger train steam locomotive with a smoke tender, class 038 (38.10-40), of the Deutsche Bundesbahn (DB). Former Prussian P 8. Boiler with two bodies and Witte smoke deflectors. Road number 038 313-3. Authentic traces of use.
Condition: New – Complete in original packaging with manual. Includes smoke generator. Includes display.

Model: The locomotive has an mfx+ digital decoder and extensive sound functions. It also has controlled high-efficiency propulsion. 3 axles powered. Traction tires. The locomotive is ready for installation of the 72270 smoke generator. The triple headlights change over with the direction of travel, and a smoke generator that can be retrofitted will work in conventional operation and can be controlled digitally. The lighting is provided with maintenance-free warm white LEDs. There is a close coupling between the locomotive and tender. The engineer's cab is detailed. Brake hoses, prototype couplers, and piston rod protection tubes are included.
