Märklin description:
Divisible short coupling with single-pole electrical connection for illuminated express train carriages. Suitable for the prepared carriages with lengths of 26.4 cm, 27 cm and 28.2 cm when installing the interior lighting 73400. One carriage in the train formation requires a slider contact 73404, 73405 or 73406.
Reliable connection with flexible contacts. Manual coupling and uncoupling on the model railway possible. Couplings also couple with regular short couplings without electrical contact.
