This H0 electric locomotive from Roco is a detailed representation of the iconic NS series 1200, specifically locomotive number 1211. Developed by the American companies Westinghouse and Baldwin, and built under license in the Netherlands, a total of 25 of these six-axle, heavy electric locomotives were delivered to the Dutch Railways. Until 1988, most locomotives of the 1200 series were in service with the NS. Today, only a few vehicles are used by museums or private railway companies. Characteristic of the American locomotive are the high, bulky front and the small driver's cabin.
