Three four-axle 40-foot US flat cars of the American railroad company Western Maryland. In use for the transport of logs. Models in the livery of the 1940s of the previous century.

Model: Flat Car made of metal and plastic. Car floor with separately attached air tanks and brake lines. Body equipped with handbrake wheels and separately mounted handles. A bag of loosely placeable stakes is supplied with each car. Each Flat Car equipped with a detachable load of tree trunks that is held in place with magnets. With spring-loaded coupling holders with Nem shaft. Each car has its own car number and is packed separately. The set of cars is packed in an outer box.
Length per carriage approx. 15 cm. Set of insulated wheels E320552.
The matching steam locomotive with American gear drive type Shay can be found in the Märklin H0 assortment under item number 38700 (see last photo).
Another set of US Flat Cars with three other car numbers can be found in the Trix H0 assortment under article number 24922. This indicates which switch axles are required.
