Märklin 37082 – Steam locomotive BR 10 DB "Kraus-Maffei" - Insider MHI Exclusive
The Märklin 37082 is an exclusive H0 model of the Baureihe 10 steam locomotive of the Deutsche Bundesbahn (DB), designed by Krauss-Maffei. This model was released on the occasion of the 10th anniversary of the Märklin Insider program and is executed in a striking red and black color scheme. The locomotive is equipped with an mfx decoder and extensive sound functions, including steam locomotive operating sounds, whistle and other realistic sound effects. The model has a powerful high-efficiency propulsion with a bell-shaped armature motor, which ensures excellent driving characteristics. The tender is made of metal and there is a close coupling between the locomotive and tender. The lighting consists of three-way headlights that change over with the direction of travel and can be controlled digitally. The model is prepared for the installation of a smoke generator (Märklin 72270). With a length over buffers of approximately 28.4 cm, this locomotive is an impressive sight on any model railway.
