This H0 electric locomotive from Roco is a detailed representation of the iconic NS series 2400, specifically locomotive number 2419. From 1954, the first locomotives of the series 2400 were put into service with the Dutch Railways. In addition to a few passenger trains, they mainly pulled freight trains and were used for shunting work. In 1981/1982, 19 locomotives were equipped with an A-front signal, so that they could also drive on the border routes with Germany.
