Märklin 39012 - BR 001 DB - Long Steam Locomotive with Tender - 1969
Express steam locomotive series 001 of the German Federal Railroad (DB). Operating condition as of 1969 with Witte smoke deflectors.
Condition: As new – Complete in original packaging with manual.
Model: With an mfx digital decoder and sound generator. Controlled high-efficiency Softdrive Sine propulsion, low-maintenance motor in compact design. 3 axles powered, traction tires. Locomotive and tender constructed primarily of metal. Adjustable close coupling between locomotive and tender depending on the curve. Ready for a 7226 smoke generator. Lighting with maintenance-free warm white LEDs. Triple headlights change over with the direction of travel, and a smoke generator that can be retrofitted will operate in conventional operation and can be controlled digitally. The tender has a mechanically guided close coupler with an NEM pocket. Minimum radius for operation is 360 mm.
