The kit includes a compressor house with attachments and accessories, a stationary soot blower, and a gear rack with corresponding hand tools for cleaning and descaling the steam trains. Each depot facility has a compressor house to supply the compressed air network. From here, compressed air is supplied to the locomotive workshop, sanding tower, and soot blower, among other things. The locomotive's boiler tubes must be thoroughly cleaned periodically by blowing them out with the tube lance.
