New for 2027: The electric locomotives of the 1300 series of the Dutch Railways (NS) were mainly used for freight transport from the 1950s onwards. These locomotives are technically based on the French CC 7100 series and shaped the image of Dutch rail transport for decades. Thanks to their performance, they were used for both fast passenger trains and heavy freight trains. Locomotive 1306 represents the characteristic history of this series in Era IV and exceeds standard detailing.
